Our goal in working with architects and clients on all types of housing projects is to maximize outdoor spaces for outdoor living.

Whether we are working on affordable multi-family housing or high-end subdivisions, creating outdoor areas that provide a variety of both private and public living spaces is what makes SSA housing projects successful. We believe it is important to understand how people use their landscapes and, through design, create outdoor rooms to enhance the livability of the landscape. This approach results in projects that bring added value to the developer, homeowners or tenants by making the landscape so much more than just beautiful plantings and green spaces.
