CRP Affordable Housing and Community Development hired SSA to develop a site layout and program elements for a new 36 unit residential apartment complex in Capitola CA. The site program features a tot‐lot play area, perimeter walking path, mail depot/entry feature, low level site lighting, project fencing, drought‐tolerant planting, and low‐flow irrigation design.
The residential complex was completed in fall 2025.
