The City of South San Francisco hired SSA to upgrade Dundee Playground, a small playground and basketball court. Program elements included the general rehabilitation of the park; grading
and drainage improvements, ADA path of travel improvements that include new play equipment, engineered wood fiber playground safety surfacing, and sports court equipment replacement and resurfacing.
The new playground opened in June 2026.
