The City of San Luis Obispo hired SSA as part of the Emerson Park Amenity Upgrades and Beautification project for the City of San Luis Obispo. The upgrades to the park include a dog park, restroom building, drought tolerant landscaping, shade structures, bocce court renovation, renovation and expansion of existing basketball courts, and new playgrounds.
The park upgrades are anticipated to be completed by late 2026.
