SSA Landscape Architects was selected by the City of Santa Clara to design a new restroom building with 2 single user restrooms and a central grounds maintenance storage area at Fairway Glen Park. SSA, as the lead consultant and project manager, worked with Public Restroom Company, engineers, and surveyors to produce construction documents and provide construction administration services from project inception to final acceptance. Additional improvements included pavement improvements to meet ADA requirements as well as planting and irrigation improvements to beautify the space.
